Website and Founding Access Terms

Donastoria is operated by Neon Zombie Inc. ("Neon Zombie," "we," "us" or "our"). These terms govern your use of the Donastoria website, submission of a beta application and any Founding Access purchase made through the website. By using the site, submitting an application or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to apply or purchase.
Beta applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or access. We may limit, reschedule or discontinue the beta. Launch dates and feature descriptions are current estimates and may change as development continues. Beta software may contain errors, change without notice or be unavailable from time to time.
Launch discount
People who submit a valid beta application are intended to receive an offer for 10% off their first Essential or Family annual payment, whether or not they are selected for the beta. The offer applies once, is not cash and cannot be combined with Founding Access. Redemption is subject to App Store eligibility, availability and offer-code rules. We may provide a reasonably equivalent remedy if technical or platform restrictions prevent the stated offer.
Pricing and subscriptions
Prices shown on this website are planned US prices unless identified as a current direct purchase. The price, taxes, currency and subscription terms displayed by Apple at an App Store checkout will control that purchase. App subscriptions will be governed by the terms shown in the app and the App Store.
Founding Access
Founding Access is a one-time $399.99 development-stage pre-purchase. The payment supports Donastoria's continued development and reserves access to the standard Family plan for one family archive when that generally available service launches. It includes two guardian accounts, unlimited entries and software features later added to the generally available standard Family plan, subject to the service requirements and acceptable-use rules in effect at the time.
For this offer, “lifetime” means the operational lifetime of Donastoria's generally available Family service. It does not mean the natural lifetime of the purchaser and is not a promise that Donastoria, the app or any particular feature will operate forever. Founding Access does not include physical products, third-party purchases or pass-through costs, additional family archives, or separately priced optional products and services.
Founding Access is not a charitable donation, tax-deductible contribution, investment, security or ownership interest in Donastoria. It does not guarantee that the finished service will satisfy the purchaser's individual preferences, needs or expectations.
Payment and activation
Website Founding Access payments are processed by Stripe. The price, tax and payment details presented at Stripe checkout control the transaction. The purchase reserves a future digital entitlement; it does not provide current Family-service access, and no physical product will be delivered. A completed payment reserves one of the limited founding places. Activation occurs when Donastoria makes the generally available Family service available to the purchaser's account and sends or presents reasonable activation instructions. Any estimated beta, delivery or launch date is not guaranteed, and release timing, features, technical requirements and availability may change during development.
Cancellation, refunds and non-launch
Except where required by applicable law, Founding Access is final and non-refundable from the time the purchase is completed. Change of mind, non-use, subjective dissatisfaction, or a change to planned timing or features does not qualify for a refund. If Donastoria permanently cancels the generally available Family service before Founding Access is activated, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method. This policy does not limit nonwaivable rights or remedies if the promised access is not provided or the purchase is materially misrepresented. Processing times imposed by Stripe or the purchaser's financial institution may apply.
Changes to the service
Donastoria will evolve over time. We may add, change, replace or remove features; adjust technical requirements; or discontinue third-party integrations. Founding Access covers the standard Family plan while that service is offered, but it does not require us to preserve every launch feature or include materially different future products, physical goods, extra archives or third-party services with separate costs. If the Family service is discontinued after activation, the permanent pre-activation cancellation exception described above does not apply, except where applicable law requires a remedy.
Gifts and transfers
A purchaser who intends to give Founding Access as a gift may contact support@donastoria.com before activation to designate an adult recipient. A founding place may be assigned once before activation. The recipient must accept the terms that apply at activation. After activation, Founding Access is not transferable unless Donastoria agrees otherwise or applicable law requires it.
App and platform terms
Use of the iOS app may be subject to additional app terms, an end-user license agreement, Apple's applicable terms and disclosures presented in the app or App Store. Those terms govern app use and App Store transactions; these website terms continue to govern the beta application and direct Founding Access purchase. If an additional app term conflicts with these terms, the more specific term controls the subject it addresses to the extent permitted by law.
Catalog information and third-party services
Donastoria may use third-party services to provide authentication, hosting, payments, catalog information and images. Catalog details may be incomplete, inaccurate, changed or removed by their source, and availability is not guaranteed. Third-party names, artwork and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. See Data Sources & Credits for current source information.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site or app, attempt unauthorized access, submit information for another person without permission, misuse family invitations, upload or record unlawful or infringing material, or use automated systems to abuse the application form or service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect Donastoria, its users or others.
Intellectual property
The site and app, including their original copy, software, visual design and Donastoria branding, are owned by Donastoria or its licensors. You may use them for their intended personal and family purposes but may not copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them except as permitted by law. Third-party catalog material is addressed separately in our credits and remains subject to the rights of its owners.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The website, beta software, pre-release information and Founding Access offer are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Founding Access is not a satisfaction guarantee or a promise of a fixed feature set, uninterrupted operation or a particular launch date. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Donastoria develops. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Changes will not retroactively reduce a refund or other right that applicable law does not allow us to change.

Questions, activation issues and requests involving a legally required or stated refund exception may be sent to support@donastoria.com. Include the purchaser email address when asking about a Founding Access transaction, but do not send complete payment-card information by email.
